About this design

The ball Chair or Globe Chair was designed by Finish designer Eero Aarnio. It is representative of funky 60`s design experimentation. I saw this chair at a cafe in Tokyo and took a seat but did not know it was done by him until later... the cafe was filled with Mid century and 60`s chairs and furniture. It has burnt a hole in my consciousness. It is a lovely one!!
