About this design

This is one master piece by Fellini based on Patronius`s work Satyricon. It is a feast of visual pleasure and if you love decorative ancient fashion and set design, this is the one. I first watched this film in my teens late at night on TV. At that time I was studying for my history A level, so i was very much drawn into the ancient setting of this film. Although it does not exactly follow the original Satyricon story and historical background, this film world still attracts me very much. Now I own a DVD copy and watch it time to time. I admire this film.
